EcoNIDRA™ sessions can be enjoyed from wherever suits you - from the comfort of your home or from a local green space.
Currently we are providing recordings of sessions rather than live - this means that once you have received them you can listen when it suits you.
The only thing you need is your device with the recording, earbuds and a comfortable place to lie down, where you won't be disturbed for about 45-50 minutes. This is time well spent, as the re-energizing effects of EcoNIDRA™ can be equivalent to 3-4 hours of deep sleep!
