Where Yoga Nidra (often referred to as yogic sleep) meets Forest Therapy and Nature Connection. EcoNidra is a deeply relaxing meditation journey.
An ancient practice, sitting in circle is a simple and powerful experience. Gather with other open-hearted souls to bear witness and be witnessed, with mindfulness and Nature Connection practices woven in.
